Donna Miles Memorial Shoot
On August 10th we remembered late member Donna Miles with a longbow mini clout fun shoot followed by a 36 scored shoot, also using longbows and wood arrows. There were two divisions for the target shoot – longbow owners who shot at 30m, and ‘the rest’, who shot at 20m. Winners of each division received a $50.00 voucher from Abbey Archery. Many thanks to Abbey Archery for their support. Also, many thanks to Bevelyn who catered a sumptuous afternoon tea for the occasion, and to Keith and Paul who masterminded the shoot.
